Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to events organised and promoted by Kasaba House in London, United Kingdom. By purchasing tickets, making table reservations or attending our events, you agree to the following terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
1. Event Organiser & Venue
Kasaba House is an independent nightlife and events organiser hosting events at selected venues across London. Kasaba House does not own or operate these venues. Each venue is responsible for its premises, licensing, security arrangements and admission procedures. Guests must follow lawful venue policies and reasonable instructions from authorised staff and security.
2. Ticket Purchases & Admission
• Tickets must be bought through an authorised ticketing platform or official sales channel.
• Please present a valid ticket or booking confirmation on arrival.
• Tickets are valid only for the event and date shown.
• A ticket does not guarantee admission if lawful, published entry requirements are not met.
• Unauthorised commercial resale may be restricted, subject to applicable law.
• Additional event-specific conditions apply where clearly stated before purchase.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
At least 14 days before the event: you can request a refund of your ticket or table deposit without giving a reason, as long as your request is received at least 14 days before the advertised event start time (UK time). Refunds are handled through the original ticketing platform, payment provider or booking channel, and processing times depend on that provider.
Less than 14 days before the event: tickets and table deposits are generally non-refundable for customer cancellations, except where the law requires a refund.
Fees: separately disclosed booking or processing fees may not be included in a voluntary refund, where this is lawful and fair. Fees are always refunded where the law requires it.
Cancelled, postponed or materially changed events: refunds and other remedies will be provided as required by consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights.
4. Table Reservations & Minimum Spend
Table reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Depending on the event and venue, deposits, prepayments, minimum spend, guest numbers and arrival times may apply. Please check the individual event's ticket or booking page for the amounts and requirements before you book or pay. A reservation is confirmed only once the booking requirements are met and a confirmation has been issued. The 14-day refund policy in Section 3 also applies to table deposits.
5. Group Bookings
Kasaba House aims to create a welcoming, inclusive and balanced social atmosphere. Group and table bookings are subject to availability, capacity and venue requirements. Booking and conduct rules are applied consistently and fairly.
6. Age Restrictions & Identification
All Kasaba House events are strictly 21+. Please be ready to show valid photographic ID when asked, such as a passport, a photographic driving licence or another form of ID accepted by the venue. Guests who cannot prove their age may be refused entry.
7. Dress Code
Elegant eveningwear & stylish clubwear. We encourage guests to dress elegantly and stylishly to suit a sophisticated nightlife atmosphere. Tracksuits, sportswear, hoodies, gym clothing and overly casual clothing are not permitted. Smart, fashionable eveningwear and stylish clubwear are welcome. The dress code is applied consistently and with consideration for reasonable adjustments.
8. Right of Admission
Kasaba House is the event organiser, not the venue owner or operator. Venue management and authorised security staff control admission and may refuse entry on lawful grounds, including not meeting age, ID or dress code requirements, intoxication, aggressive or threatening behaviour, security concerns or not following reasonable venue rules. Guests may be removed for serious breaches of venue rules or safety requirements. A valid ticket does not override lawful venue admission requirements. Whether a refund applies after refused entry depends on the circumstances and your consumer rights.
9. Guest Behaviour & Safety
Please respect fellow guests, venue staff and security, follow reasonable safety instructions and respect personal boundaries. Harassment, violence, threatening behaviour, discrimination and illegal drug use will not be tolerated. Guests may be refused entry or removed where justified.
10. Event Changes
Reasonable changes may be made to DJ line-ups, schedules, timings or venue arrangements. We will communicate material changes where practicable. Your statutory rights, including those arising from cancellation or material changes, are not affected.
11. Photography & Video
Photography and video may be recorded at our events for promotional use, in line with UK privacy and data protection law. If you have concerns about footage in which you can be identified, please contact us.
12. Personal Belongings
Please take care of your belongings. Cloakroom services may be subject to the venue's own conditions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
13. Liability
Kasaba House is an independent event organiser working with third-party venues, ticketing providers and suppliers. Responsibility for incidents, losses or claims depends on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your consumer rights.
14. Contact & Enquiries
Ticket or table refund requests should be made through the original ticketing or booking platform. For any other enquiries, email us at kasaba.ldn@gmail.com or message us on Instagram.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections.
